Heading to into the mountains around Licola, I’m hoping to retrace the route taken a couple of snow trips ago.
Tackling some harder terrain in and out of deep mountain valleys, I’d also like to drop in and look at the ‘death bridge’ that we crossed at 11PM, having to reset logs after each vehicle.

Terrain
–Track Classification Guidelines – Planed difficulty [Difficult to Very Difficult]
– Planed Terrains [ Rocks, Mud, Steep Descents/Accents, River crossings]
Minimum Requirements– A UHF radio, either handheld or vehicle mounted.- Your own recovery gear, consisting of at least a rated snatch strap and two rated shackles (soft or hard).- At least one rated recovery point on the front and back of your vehicle.
Recommended Gear – A properly stocked First Aid Kit, Mud Tyres, a vehicle mounted winch and associated recovery gear.
Camping – Overnight trackside camping at high altitude, no camper trailers, all other methods welcome.
